Abby is originally from Iowa and received her MSN from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska. She was a registered nurse for almost 10 years prior to receiving my MSN with experience in numerous nursing fields (ER, ICU, Case Management, Palliative Care, LTC, med/surg, and various same day surgery procedures like the GI lab at BSA). She also has a BS in Biology from Iowa State University and worked as a microbiologist for the Oklahoma State Department of Health and the ISU Diagnostic Lab prior to going back to nursing school.
