FMC Health at 34th & Coulter is located at

7306 SW 34th Ave in the Summit shopping center. 

 

The clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday and closed for lunch daily from Noon - 1 p.m.

 

We are accepting new patients ages five and up and accept most insurances. 

 

We are a full-service clinic, offering in-house x-rays and lab tests. Most patients find this very convenient since they do not have to leave our location if their visit requires these additional services.
